Spritz, beeswax... do you use any o these?

When I was using Spritz back in the day and that was every week I kept dandruff like crazy.. To be honest I know it caused damage but I never saw it because I went to a stylist everyweek and I constantly got my hair cut every 6-8 weeks..
Make sure you have no damage is to stop using it.. I think eventually it will cause damage.. Especially if you are Spritzing and using a hot curlers behind it (even if you aren't don't use it).. I would do that and my hair stuck to my curling irons at times so you know that was not good for my hair.. Spritz has alcohol and very drying.. Beeswax can't really say..
