Can't find what you are looking for with the search function?
Asking about some throw back items?

Ask for a review here. I need some reviews and I don't think yall would appreciate me starting 50-11 different threads about them so I will just put it all here.

Any reveiws on

Sebastian 2+1 conditioner
Sebastian Pentraitt(sp?)
Phytospecific intergal leave in spray
Kenra Mask

I purchase the Sebastian Penetrait in March. I've used it a few times and I really like it. Oh, I remembered that I used it this past Sat. You use it just like you would use the Aphoghee. It smells much better that Aphoghee and is not as messy. It's a keeper for me. I barely lost any hair after using it. I really don't think it's as hard core as Aphoghee so it's not taking the place of it. My plan is to use the Penetrait between relaxers and the week before the relaxer. Then I will use the Aphoghee the week after the relaxer.

Great thread idea! I haven't used any of those products, so I can't help. Sorry. :(

I have a question about the homemade Caramel treatment--is it worth what seems like a big mess and time? Any reviews? Any tips on making it/usage/etc?

Also, I went to Sephora and got a sample of Rene Furterer Karite Repairing Serum. The salesperson recommended it for dry ends, which are the bane of my hair's existence. I liked it--it was a huge sample, so I've used it twice and have more for a third use. It is worth the price to buy a full-sized bottle? I'm curious if anyone else has used it.

Good thread! I was wondering if anyone has used Softsheen- Carson Optimum Salon Repair products? You can find it at some Sally's and most BSS. I know at least one member has used this line. There's a shampoo, a reconstructor, deep conditioner, scalp treatment, and elasticity treatment that seems similar to fermodyl....

Modern Organic Products - MOP - especially the creamy leave-in, mixed greens conditioner and pear detangler.

I love MOP's creamy leave-in. It's a staple. I've been using it for a few years now. I used to use Aveda's Elixir but MOP blew it right out of the water. I use it on damp hair after washing and seal with coconut oil, but it can really be used all on it's own. My hair is so soft after using it. I've tried other leave-ins, but I can really tell the difference in my hair if I stray and try something new. Plus it cuts down on tangles.

Thank you so much...I've been obsessing over that creamy leave-in the last few days because it looks like something I know I will just love (the ingredients are just amazing) and the reviews on the different websites have all been overwhelmingly positive. Users have said it is the best salon-quality leave-in they have ever used. I have cut down on my pjism by about 90% and I just bought two bottles of Surya's leave-ins and two by Kan Kanchomn, so I cannot really justify buying more leave-in, but heck, my birthday is Friday and I can share the others with family and friends.

hey sweetie,

I purchased this co Sunday and have since used it twice. I am actually really liking this co. My tresses are soft and moisturized. My hair seems to suck up everything and with this it is actually staying soft/moisturized. I am going to continue using it for the next week or so for cw and will let you know my final thoughts on it.
