how do you take it i have the powder and it taste like:eek: what do you mix it with so you dont taste it can i use the pills thank you for the help

I've never used the powder, just the tablets (they are easier to carry around). Some people put the powder in their smoothies or food to mask the taste.

I've been taking the tablets as well about 2 two to three times a day with meals. I find them easier to carry around too. I used to take the powder and mix it with my pomeganite (correction pomegranate)juice or orange juice. Always in juices, it tastes better to me that way.

thank you i guess i will buy the pills now wish i didnt buy the power  well live and learn:lol: i will keep trying to take it until i buy some:(

I tried the powder and almost gagged. And MSM doesn't even bother me. It tasted like I was drinking straight from the bottom of the ocean. The consistency and "marine-like" taste made it hard to mask in my protein shakes. I quickly gave up and have the pills on my to-buy list.

I've put the powder in orange juice and it was OK. I usually make smoothies with orange juice, soy milk, a little honey, frozen strawberries, blueberries & raspberries, a little flaxseed oil and the spirulina powder. The taste isn't very apparent with this mixture.

I've also made salad dressing with the powder along with balsamic vinegar, herbs and olive oil.
