Okay, I'm going to bite the bullet and purchase these - the detangler, the styler (8inch), and the fine tooth long tail. I can buy all three from Ball Beauty for about $60 including shipping.

Has anyone ever ordered from this company? Can anyone make a suggestion for different online souces? Is this a good price? I checked Amazon - much higher?

Thoughts, comments, suggestions?

I love my Mason-Pearson fine-tooth rattail. I like it much better than my rattail bone comb. It gets the stray hairs out of my fine wet hair and is very gentle. I paid $11 for mine at adiscountbeauty.com.;)

I've never order from that company, but I did purchase the tail comb a couple of months ago from another website. The service was reliable and speedy. Sorry I can't give you the site because it's on my work computer. I will comment that the tail of the mason pearson comb is a little to thick for define parting. I've found myself using my old tail comb for my roller sets. The site might be tressence, or something like that.

rubber-ducky.com the shipping was very fast and if you don't like the combs, they let you return them. Most places don't let you return combs.

Ladies - thank you very much. I have some options to check out, so I can make a good choice. I just want to avoid laying my card down for some less than reputable online dealer.

I love that comb!!! I bought mine from drugstore.com for $23.00. I am on my second one, because my first one got misplaced at the gym:perplexed
so I had to replace it. It's the best comb ever!!
