Trade Secrets
JcPenny
Wal-Mart Salon
Super Cuts ... etc.
They don't advertise it but they have to accept returns.
sassyhair said:what?!!??!? walmart will take it if it is open?
sassyhair said:what do you mean a brand that they sale...like a store brand or just the brands that they carry?
sassyhair said:wow, I think i tried to take something back to walmart once, but it was opened and used just a tiny tiny bit, and they wouldnt take it back

I have gotten really good about keeping my reciepts. Not just for hair products, but all of my purchases. I put a ziploc baggie in my purse that I automatically place all of my receipts into. That way, I am not tempted to empty out my wallet without carefully checking all of my receipts when it starts bursting at the seams with paper.
Some places like Target, have gotten EXTREMLY strict about returns without a receipt.
