Ladies, I was wondering if runnning a space heater in my office throughout the day would have a drying effect on my hair. I've been wearing it in a bun, but today since I used sebastian colourshines for the first time (thanks to lhcf) I wanted to wear it down for a couple of days. I did bring a small concoction to work to apply on my ends during the day. Maybe I'm going a bit overboard. I think I've become obessed with growing healthy hair. By the way, i loved the sebastian coffee bean. I hoping it will combat my gray hair.

When you use space heaters, your hair is not the only thing you're drying out. You really have to work to put some humidity into your environment because you are also drying out your skin and nasal passages. This is not a good thing!

Does regular heat via home radiators have the same effect? I have extremely dry, flaky scalp and I've never had this problem before. My dad said to sit a pot of water on the heater to generate steam. What should we do?

I love Sebastians I use black cherry (the old bottle)

I don't think it will dry out your hair...unless you have it facing your head
