I am new to this site but is already obssessed w/ all of the information. I would like for someone to bring me up to speed on the terms you use for the different hair treatments like: pre-poo, co-wash and other terms like it. :wallbash:

Pre-poo is a pre-shampooing treatment done to prevent some of the drying, stripping effects that shampoos sometimes have. It is usually done with some sort of oil. Some also do it with a cheapie conditioner.

Co-washing is like washing the hair, but instead of shampoo, you use a conditioner. It has light cleansing properties and is usually used more so for a refresher, or for moisture purposes.
