can you use heat on your hair if you rinse and use distilled water I want to press my hair after I rinse it with the water when it air dries is it safe?

trinity, i don't think the water that you rinse it with is as important as using a heat protectant before you press. i think using heat can be safe in moderation. for most of us, the problem in the past was simplly using it too often...
