Here's her hair regimen:

***Every day or every other day I "wash" my hair with conditioner.


***Weekly I clarify with a acv rinse.


***Monthly I deep condition with olive oil or with some natural deep conditoner.

Maybe I need to stick with co-washing daily instead of protective styles. I know mermaid and BlackCardinal have had great length retainage results from daily washing.

I tried to get it back up by voting the thread 5 stars as well. Oh well. We all know that her hair is beautiful - 5 starts or not. The one star bandit will continue on (especially now that they've been mentioned). This always happens on the LHCF.

Thanks Camellia, My I've been hiding my hair so long for the X-mas challenge I forget that it's getting longer. I get hair anorexia when I see MC's hair too.
BTW I've been using horsetail and the natural hair butter you reccomended esp the avocado and my hair likes it alot.
