I am trying to find a thread on how to trim or dust... Since the ponytail thing I tried didn't work out. (Long story short, I put my hair in a ponytail and tried to dust...:wallbash:)I also know my scissors were cheap.Got 'em for $1.00 @ Dollar General. I really don't want to pay $39.99 for scissors.

Now my ends are all jacked up. See my last post for my raggedy @$$ ends pictures:

Can y'all help me out? Know of any good links? Or is there a sticky that I don't know about?

I agree.
I want to know how too.

Dang it! I can't view youtube @ work:wallbash:

So, is this true? Nobody's ever posted a sticky or anything for trimming? Or should I say "dusting" your hair methods?

I'm suprised! I just KNEW somebody done thrown the goods out there!!!:look:

This is the one area that I'm not confident in at all so I'm in a quandary. I don't want a stylist to do it and take off more than I want, but yet I'm scared to do it myself. Hmmm, one to think about. :ohwell:

Yay!!!! Mods need to make some of these links the sticky for hair cutting/trimming/dusting. How do you make them do that?

Please get better shears from the BSS. I purchased a pair for $13 a few years back and they are still as sharp as ever. You need really sharp shears to cut hair. I remember as a kid my mother cut my hair with the ole orange handle all purpose shears. Ugh.
