It is the code question to ask someone if you suspect that they are a member of the board.

Instead of saying do you belong to an online hair board...you ask Are you Niko's cousin? If they answer yes then they are letting you know that they belong to LHCF

like, if you're out on the street and you see someone with really nice hair, you might wonder "i wonder if they're a member on LHCF" the code to asking them is "are you nikko's cousin?" - if they are a member, they'll know what the code means...if they arent, they'll just think you're out of your mind (unless they have a cousin named nikko)
