I dont know how it works, but I know that I dont really like it. I did what the directions said, apply and sit under dryer for around 25 mins, and when i rinsed it felt so silky as i was rinsing...then the silkiness started to fade away and when all the conditioner was gone, my hair was back to the way it was before I even applied it!
so as of now. its just chillin in the closet....maybe i'll use it for pre-washes..
I've been using it for about the past month and a half. It has worked fine for me. I got a touch up last weekend and I had minimal breakage. I don't know if it was because my hair was good and moisturized (due to the DPR-11) or the vitamins or the extra washes... who knows.

This has happened to me before (not w/ the DPR...). In my case the problem wasn't the conditioner. It was the shampoo I used. It was too harsh and it sucked every drop of moisture out of my poor little strands! No conditioner can counter that! Just a thought...
The directions say to use heat for 15 minutes, but I don't. I use it w/o heat for about an hour.

hmmm...that could be it. I was using those sulfate shampoos..
..I guess i'll try it using my creme of nature this time
I just got this at a hair show and am curious if/how others use it as well. Since the 2nd ingredient is petroleum I'm a bit leery. It does smell good though. Thanks!
I like it. My results are similar to what I get with LeKair Cholesterol and Tropical Avocado--very soft hair. The QP feels lighter and more slippery going on, though.
