I used the Soft & Beautiful one about a year ago, and whatever it was supposed to do...it didn't do. My hair looked and felt the same way it did before I put it in. I was thinking maybe I did something wrong, so I'd be interesting in hearing the experiences of others.

I can't remember the name of the one I used, but I had the same experience. It did nothing for my hair.
