Whats the business with this ... the people who use it rave about it...

Isnt it more of a protien line???

TIA!

protein witha dash of moisture.

this stuff has cured my hair 4 GOOD! i dont think i'll ever have to use it every again!

when my hair was growing out past shoulder i u sed this and my hair texture changed to sumthin beaautful!! after a while my hair got to a point where it was strong enough, and would break after using the stuff. so i focused more on moisture, and thats where iam 2day...i may buy MNT again when my hair gets to another length, but its really great and cheap. ur hair will get used 2 it after a while and the shampoo can really build on the scalp. makes sure you mix the poo with water, its a protein poo aswell as the con.

use the con as a leave in..excellent!

I tried the conditioner twice..the first time I thought I was really gonna love this stuff ..tried it again and NOPE..rejection! ..Maybe I should just try it as a Leave In, otherwise..it will be another product I give to my neighbor:ohwell:

It is funny to see this thread, because i tried the conditioner last night for the 1st time. I don't think I will use it for every wash though.

I bought it because it is so cheap and I like the way it smells. So far so good, though. I really like the way my hair feels today.

When you say rejection, what do you mean? Did your hair feel hard or dry or something? I have only used it once and I liked it. That big container is just too big to not finish it off though.

Anyone ever use it on dry hair as a moisturizer?

This was one of the first poo/con combos I bought when I started my transition. I quickly learned that it was too much protein for my relaxed hair. My hair was hard after it dried. I've been too much of a wuss to try it on my natural hair.

I dont care too much for the shampoo but I love the deep conditioner and the leave in detangling spray. It does sort of change the texture of your hair, my relaxed hair becomes wavy(er). The protein has never bothered me but I only wash once a week

I was wondering because my hair is kinda weak right now.. and I saw it had protien. my hair laughs at most protien, so I figure it wouldnt hurt to try..

I would like a balance of protien and moisture though...

My Hair rejected it! It was so hard that it took awhile to detangle the strands..somehow they became stuck together alot of them tangled before I could totally air dry:mad: and I always wash and co wash my hair straight back, and detangle with my Fingers.

I've been using the conditioner (The Original) since December. My hair has gotten very strong with it. I mainly use for a CW once a week every 2 weeks or so. I also use it in a mixture with distilled water, a moisturizing conditioner and a few drops of oil whenever I wear my hair in a pony tail. I also just recently discovered that it's great for rollersetting wet or dry hair.

I have only tried the conditioners. I don't like the original conditioner as a condish or a leave-in, so I threw it in my CW stash. The Deep Moisturizing Conditioner, on the other hand is the truth. I have yet to find a leave-in that my hair likes as much. I use it for rollersets and before airdrying, and it makes my hair very strong. I have no problem with the protein.

Same here. I've had almost no breakage since I've been using the Deep Moisturizing line. For me, it's exactly the right balance of moisture and protein. I switch up every now and then, but this will be my staple until my hair tells me otherwise.

Khandi, you need to join the 23849289423 page thread about the MNT Club. It's still going strong. I Love the stuff.
