So, is LUST Moisturizing?

Now, OF COURSE, I already have this product. I've only used it once and that was about a year ago. I know it gives great slip and I thought that it was more of a de-frizzing conditioner, but based on many of the reviews here--seems like it moisturizes the hair also.

Do you ladies find it moisturizing or not?
