I guess this is as "straight" as my hair will get
This is my 3rd time trying to straighten my hair since I've been natural. I guess it's not in the cards for me! My hair comes out super fluffy and wispy and looks more full and huge instead of smooth and sleek. And of course it's not showing my true length! When I wear a twistout, I can stretch my hair and it's creeping up on BSL. Ha! You'd never know or believe it judging by these pics! (and I apologize in advance for the quality- I used both my phone and my camera
))
here's a recent curly shot

this is my hair divided into 4 sections, combed out (I put in 4 twists to help stretch before blow drying; it was mostly air dried)

my "straight" hair

I QUIT!!!!
I don't know how you other natural ladies do it. I know my roots aren't super straight and even though I did it in very small sections, it took me just over an hr to do my whole head. Ugh Idk....I'm afraid to try again.
