My hair is about a color 4 naturally. Do you think henna will take me up to this color but just more vibrant.

First off, Beyonce looks stunning in this photo. Secondly, henna has all shades. If you go to www.hennaforhair.com, there is an array of color choices to choose from. There is also www.mehandi.com, and some others if you google it. The henna gurus, such as Sereca, can definitely be of more assistance. Good luck.

henna does not come in all shades, henna is one color, red. the red can result in a variety of different shades depending on the starting color of your hair and if you add amla or indigo to your mix. if you are blond henna may take you to starwberry blond, if you are brunnett henna may take you to a burgandy color, if you have very dark brown or black hair, henna results may vary, you can end up with a red gloss that only shows up in the light, you may end up with no color change or if your hair is porous you could end up a reddish brown color or even alburn

henna doesn't lighten hair, it just deposits color, sometimes it appears to lighten dark hair if the hair absorbs most of the color

chica canella you may want to read through this ebook for more information

i think i need to edit that post, i didn't mean for you ladyesquire to read the ebook, i meant for the person that started the thread to read the ebook, i didn't mean to be condescending, i just don't want the original poster to have unrealstic expectations such as thinking that henna can turn jet black hair honey blond or fire red
