Ladies,
I just wanted to share my observation (there are many others who have already figured this out as well) with everyone regarding the importance of making sure that the ends of your hair remain split free and in good condition. I know that there are those who are a little leary when it comes to cutting, trimming damaged ends, but I wanted to share the good...no, the great news that it will grow back. Even if your hair isn't damaged, getting regular trims, I do believe, is still needed. Since my cut done last October, I noticed that I didn't have to trim my hair this go around, but if I needed a trim I would have done so.
Now, if I could only get myself to take vitamin supplements everyday, I'd probably would see even greater results.
Take care everyone and have a very blessed Thanksgiving!
