Slightly embarassing question about garlic supplements

Have they ever made you smell well... garlicy? Sometimes food with alot of garlic or heavy spices can do this.

Carrie, if you're concerned about the smell try the odorless ones. My mother uses them and she doesn't smell like garlic.

Mine say "odorless and tastless" and they are NOT! When you open the bottle, it's a strong garlic smell, and they taste kinda sweet.

They make me burpy a few minutes after I take them, and they make my mouth taste like garlic. I take them at night, so I don't have to deal with all of the gassiness. When I wake up in the morning, no garlic taste, no gas, no burping. Taking them before bed is a MUST for me

I bought mine from Puritan's Pride (SALE) and the odorless ones have worked well so far. I don't smell like garlic. I had some regular garlic oil ones before and WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO The aroma was completely UNSEXY.


But my hair, heart, and stomach were pretty happy. lol

I love the Kyolic brand from GNC, I never smell like garlic, there is no odor when I take it, and I don't burp up funky odor later in the day , as I have with some others, even when I take it on an empty stomach.

ok so i got some pills from GNC...not the brand mentioned previously.....but Natural Brand by GNC. They say odorless...but shortly after I take them I began to burp a funky odor , it doesn't last all day but with in the first few hours....I don't know if I 'smell' like garlic...i just started taking them yesterday.

so maybe i'll try eating first before i take the pills....is that the clue to get odorless burps????
