My hair is going through a shedding period right now so of course I think of CPR and Emergence. Well the thing is my hair likes creamy conditioners and I was wondering if Emergence is creamy or a liquid.

LOL! It looks more like honey!
I hope you get the shedding under control! Its a bummer!

Ok so it's a pretty thick texture? I think I might get it if CPR. I'm on my way to BSS to get some CPR so if that doesn't work I shoot for the Emergence.

"Honey" is a perfect comparison to Emergencee's texture :). Just make sure you read the instructions because the new formula requires you to wash before and after you apply the emergencee and then condition with Humectress. IMHO using the exact products they say because to me speaking from experience it works better when you follow up with Humectress. It ends up giving good slip!

For me, i dont wash it out. I just rinse my hair under the tap for about 3 minutes. It gives my hair EXCELLENT slip  It's very detangling. Then i follow up with my humecto/olive cholesterol then i'm straight :)

Do I have to wash it out? It won't damage your hair if you just rinse it?
I don't think it'll damage your hair, but I like the results from pooing and conditioning again. I wouldn't want to detangle my hair right after or w/the protein in it b/c it doesn't give me any slip.

Do you poo, emergence, just rinse (no poo) then moisturize condition?

There was some confusion about this before. My bottle says poo afterwards, some bottles say rinse. I poo, just a little, to play it safe.
