I used regular. It's sooo gentle and doesn't have a harsh chemical smell. My hair is soooo shiny and pretty. Plus, I like the fact that I had control of where and how I relaxed. I liked that I was able to relax my edges last. I don't like it when my stylist would allow the relaxer to sit on my edges too long. Seriously, I never thought it would look this nice or feel this nice.

Just an FYI....this was my routine:

relaxed
rinsed
conditioned w/ a mix of motions moisture conditioner & CPR reconstructor
let sit for 10 minutes
rinsed
neutralized w/ motions neutralizing poo 2xs (let sit for 3 minutes each wash)
washed w/ Nexxus Therappe moisturing poo
deep conditioned w/ a mix of Nexxus humectress/keraphix/pantene anti-breakage mask for 15 minutes under a warm dryer (baggied)
rinsed
applied leave-in (pantene anti-breakage & nexxus headressmix)
wrapped my hair w/ setting lotion and olive oil mousse
par dried for 15 minutes added a little castor oil to hair
wrapped w/ satin scarf and went to sleep.
unwrapped this morning to my amazement......BEAUTIFUL HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regular was too strong for my hair. I started at the crown which is pretty thick and before I could get the entire back done, the crown was already straight. I didn't even have to smooth it. I also felt mild burning sensation in a couple of spots. I have fine hair for the most part. I'll be using mild next time.

Me, too. I think regular is too strong, which is surprising because I have thick hair. :perplexed
