So I'm in the market to try some Dominican products and this is one that is raved about. I'm wondering what is the difference between the two and which did you like the most? Thanks.

Silicon mix is thick and white; It softens my hair and really gets through the tangles. The shampoo is just as nice, but for my hair I only needed to wash once. The suds are intoxicating and I made the mistake of washing twice before and my hair felt somewhat stripped. One good washing is all that is needed unless you have major
product build-up. The conditioner and the rinse were both fantastic products for my locks. The leave-in ( Avanti) smells really nice and is one of my favorites.

Silicon Bambu is yellowish in color. Smells divine; a perfume scent that lingers if you use the leave-in conditioner. I love it! Liked it so much that I bought my daughter the entire line. Shampoo, conditioner, leave-in are all divine. Cleanses and detangles.
Both of these lines perform well, may have different ingredients. The Bambu doesn't have a rinse and the Silicon does.

I am a huge fan of the Silicon leave-ins. Silicon Mass is another great leave-in. It's called Silicon Mass Leave-in Shine Wax. Though I am somewhat weary of ordering online, I used to do Bluebeez and was quite happy with their service before my credit card started getting ripped-off, (I mean no slander, but the ordering from them and rip -offs happened simultaneously) I will take the time to find some other site to order these amazing leave-ins. They smell great, moisturize and provide great shine for your hair.

Thanks for the review. Very detailed which is what I needed. I'm gonna have a cabinet full of products when I'm done I suppose, lol. :ohwell::look:

I've tried both...The original is the best IMO. The Bambu worked well too, but not as well.

I prefer the original, it's one of my staples. Each person has some smells they dislike and in my case I can't stand the smell of the SM Bambu, I had to give it away and reorder the SM original.
