Now what did the Silica do you for you guys hair?

Honestly, I am not sure if it is helping my hair because I am doing so much to protect and care for my hair right now. I have using it faithfully every day since August.

My nails are super strong - so much that my manicurist commented on them. Also, I used to have a problem with my knees hurting from daily workouts. I hardly have that problem anymore. I used to wear foundation - now I don't have to. It's amazing, my skin has improved so much (may be the water increase, too) that all I wear now is a little pressed powder if I need. I turned 30 last year - but I am looking younger. :)

I can only assume it is the biosil because that is the only vitamin I take. I hope my hair is getting the same benefits. (I take the capsules, BTW, but it is by the same company.)

It is supposed to help hair grow in stronger.

I think the silica did help strengthen my new growth. It came in fuller than it had been in a while. I was also taking much better care of my hair and doing weekly light protein treatments. My nails were growing strong too.

Just one. That is the dose recommendation on the box.

That gives you 5 mg. of Silicon.

Nice a simple. :)

I hate taking a bunch of pills so I love it.!
