Well DUMB ME i forgot to put my vitimans stash up and my folks saw it:perplexed ..
THEY FLIPPED... they were like you can O.D on this many vitimans and all this other stuff... *sigh* I dont want to give up ive been on them for about month now and im liking the befits but i dont want to disobey them ... i was planing on stopping once i got to midback around '08 but i dunno ............*sigh*.....
 
You can go to the website that has the Crown and Glory regimine. She has a list foods that contain the vitiamins that are needed for hair growth. Your parents won't object to you eating healthy. That way you can reach your goals and keep the peace with your parents.:)

I like dicapr's idea or you can reduce the amount of pills your taking. If you are taking 10 pills reduce to your fave 5.
 
Yeah, you really should be careful. I think you should consult w/ your doctor about the vitamin combinations. I also agree w/ dicapr. If you can substitute some vitamins for foods that contain those vitamins, then go for it :)
 
um - well - you don't wanna disobey your parents. I had to laugh because it would be the same thinngs my folks would say.

You can get the same benefits of what you are taking in foods and one multi-vitamin. I know you are probably disappointed right now. But yes- don't disaobey your parents in the Lord.

:( I'm sorry that you had to go through all of that. I can sort of relate to what you are going through. Not long ago i had to sneak in a bucket in my room , just to wash my hair. Now i pretend that i accidently wet my hair while in the shower.

I too, started taking vitamins ( currently taking biotin...but plan to take Nioxil or MSM...I will take only one a day... i will alternate or strictly take nioxil and msms one pill in the morning and the other at night)and i hid them from my mom. I also hid my flaxseed oil. My room is hard to get around in since all my boxes are still unpacked. I hid my ACV and my vitamins cause mom would flip if she knew i was on vitamins! I also plan to take the vitamins until i reach my goal wich is to be a little past my bra strap. Im actually at 2 inches away from it. Like the other posters said there are alot of food alternative. Someone mentioned Gooseberries as a good course of silica, horsetail tea , cucumber juice as an excellent source of MSM,oh and flaxseed oil, you can fake it and use it in your salad dressing.

Do a search on the forum and you will see a lot of great tips when it comes to food that you can eat to substitute your vitamins.

I agree with the other ladies re: eating right. Honestly, if you eat right, workout, and take care of your body, all you should really need is a multivitamin...they make women's multivitamins with hair, skin, and nail benefits. They contain biotin, MSM, gotu kola, B5, and other vitamins and minerals essential to being beautiful. I'd suggest getting one GOOD multivitamin and simply taking care of yourself and your hair. :)
 
Well I've figured it out I'm going to finish up the bottles then break it down to just like MSN power, flex seed liqued and boitin ...
i dont like the silca im using cause i workout and that crap messes with your muscles and stuff along with the other 10 vitimans im taking!
I understand them and agree so ill cut lotta of it out for them cause I aint trying disobey them and i love them :D .. i gott admit i looked drugged out with 10 bottle of vitimans hahha... :eek: but i switch between the vitimans daily so not to over do it...

I've been taking care of my body of the late with sleeping early long with good foods ( i miss my breads hahha and junkk food) long with protain drinks and fishs/chicken (baked) and other yummy items eggs have become a very good freind of mine hahha..boild with veggs and scrambled in the moring long with baked chicken for dinner so it shall be good..i guess they dont want me O.D or somthing which i dout but they are parnets so ill take heed to 'em i love them :D
