Very nice hair! I'm glad you decided to post a picture. I remember too when I used to see that "you haven't posted to the forum in a while" message for months at a time.

Wow! I can't wait for my hair to get that length, you give me hope:) share your regimen:)

Well you may laugh at my regimen if i tell, but here goes:

These are my products:
MNT Shampoo & Conditioner
Sauve Clarifying Shampoo
Garnier Fructis Shampoo & Conditioner For Dry and Damaged Hair
Infusium 23 Leave-In Treatment
ORS Carrot Oil
Motions hair lotion

I usually wear my hair in braids (individuals) with extension or without. I usually wear extensions during the fall and winter. I usually wait two weeks to wash my hair with a particular braided style and then every week after that. I usually keep most styles for at least 3 weeks no matter if i am wearing extensions or my own hair. So i am washing my braids you can say.

I use Sauve clarifying shampoo on my braids when i have extension hair added and then spray the braids with the infusium 23 and then follow up with Motions hair lotion and i concentrate on the growth or what is new growth for relaxed hair and this actually helps to keep your hair soft and easier to comb out when you remove the braid or extension. I think that the hair lotion is kind of greasy and is for holding in moisture or way to seal moisture in.

If i am wearing my own hair in braids ( usually small plaits or individuals) I wash my hair with MNT or Garnier Fructis. I rotate between these two. If i am washing my loose hair i detangle using ORS carrot oil.:)

Very pretty :) . How do you keep your hair moist between washes and things?

It depends on how i am feeling. I usually choose one of these options:
-I rinse my hair with water
-mix a small amount of conditioner with water and spray a light mist on my hair/braids
-I also use to use a braid spray, but cant think of it right off the top of my head.
-Also there is a a leave-in from Garnier Fructis.

I will check on the exact names for you when it comes to the braid spray and the leave-in. I will post it later.

Girl I aint laughing you are doing some key things that works, like barely manipulating your hair, and you keep your hair moisturize, I like it, congrats again:)
