So I'm new at the whole wearing my hair natural deal and I'm happy with the curls and now I need the shine....any ideas?

I sooo need this thread!:) Haven't tried it yet, but I heard Aveda Humectant Pomade gives great shine.

Olive butter pomade and sweet almond butter give me lots of shine (relatively speaking).

Thanks you all...I've got a trip to the store to make!

A good way to get natural shine is by doing Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) rinses after every shampoo. Really works and is good for you hair!

Typically naturally kinky and curly hair has more of a sheen than a shine. Many times the shine ends up making the hair look greasy.

Long Aid Curl Activator Gel gives good shine as well as coconut oil (or Vatika Oil)
