I want shine. How do you ladies get your hair to shine?

Thanks for the advice. But, olive oil just seems to sit on my hair without any shine. What is cellophane and where can I get it?

Paul Mitchell Gloss Drops work really well...I paid $10 for 3.4fl oz. but it lasts a long time because I only use one pump of it.

My hair has to be clean, conditioned, and moisturized first before anything else, I can't get my hair to really reflect light if its a few days post wash...

jojoba oil
Got2Be Defiant Pomade
Tigi GirlToys Serum

I just used hennalucent in Neutral today and that gave me a lot of shine too.

I get excellent shine with a small amount (a bit larger than dime size) of Kemi Oyl rubbed in my palms and then over my hair.

Whenever i use a setting lotion with silicones my hair shines like glass (given that i conditioned WELL.) Paul mitchell hair sculpting lotion is very good. You have to dilute it with water to keep your hair from turning into bacon though.

I second the Olive Oil. My hair is all shiny and pretty when I use it. I have also heard about how pretty and shiny my hair is when I use a dab of Coconut oil on my hair.
