Shen Min revisited????

I remember discussions about this Chinese Herb, but couldn't find anything during my search. I've been hearing good things about it, as far as it strengthening the hair and increasing hair growth. Is this product a part of anyone's supplement intake?? Any feedback?? Thx!

I think Den1 uses this. I bought some from GNC last year, but the pills were so large that I couldn't swallow.

I bought some expensive brand, took it once and had diarreah. I have read that some companies do not process the herb right which can lead to this.

Shen Min is the herb Fo Ti, I take this daily but haven't paid much attention to the results.

I reguarly took Fo Ti also- its much cheaper than buying the Shen Men version and I still got the same results. It makes grey hairs start grow out black again as well as extending the growth cycle of the hair.

I took Shen Min last year for about 5 months and I loved it. During that period my hair became even. I started taking it in May and stopped taking it in October, I think. I started taking a cheaper brand and don't know why. I would definately recommend Shen Min to anyone.

My local GNC sells it for $29.99 and I was thinking of giving it a try but that dirreah side effect seems scary.
