Is anyone taking or has anyone taken this hair vitamin?
Please share your thoughts and experience.

I have tried them but I only took for one month. I dont think that is long enough to see results. I did not have any bad effects from them.

Yes, the bottle states it has 325mg of Fo-Ti. I got my bottle from the vitamin shoppe and paid $20+ bucks for it. The guy said that a lot of women come in there for hair vits and this is the most popular.

Is that the supplement for greying? Or does it have other purposes?

Not sure about helping with grey but I heard it was great for growth.

It lengthens the growth phase I like it and can assure u its cheaper than Shen Min.

Please share your thoughts and experience. I used it for 3 mos and it did not affect my growth at all. I've also used Fo-Ti (which is a main ingredient in it and still nothing/used that for 4 mos). Will never use again - just doesn't wanna work for me.

If this is anything better out there please let me know. Stinging Nettle. It's an herb that you can get at GNC. You can also pick it out of your lawn since it's a weed, boil and strain it for both a tea and/or tea rinse. Doesn't cost very much either.

It made my hair grow much faster. Now, each time I wash my hair (at least once/week) I look at my hair and notice a "little" more length. It also thickened my hair. It's supposed to improve your hair week by week and it has!! Also, my hair has more shine and bounce to it. It's also known as, "Nettle." I was so shocked because for the longest I was pulling out those weeds in my yard and just throwing them away until I did some research on it and a dietician at GNC suggested it to me. I wasn"t a believer until I used it myself! (It's also good for a lot of other things including the liver, cleansing the blood, anaemia, thin hair, etc.).
