sheding

is shedding normal. I haven't changed anything. My hair started sheding about 2weeks ago.
I am hoping it is just my winter sheding. I don't lose a lot maybe 10 to 20 hairs and only when combing and washing. I keep my hair in a bun most of the time.
will this end.

my hair is soft,still growing good. I do protein tx, I have used Keracare for the past year and EQP condish along with aphogee keratin spray and leave in
wash 1x wekly
vitamins
no stress
bun hair take down nightly moisturize oil nightly

Shedding is absolutely normal. Up to 100 hairs a day is considered ok.
