Shaving my head...

cured my dry, itchy, brokedown crown issues. I noticed this almost immediately after chopping. My hair in that top spot was thin and itchy and looked terrible. How can getting ride of the relaxed hair make the itching stop? Very weird. Any thoughts?

This is totally off the subject, but I just realized that you cut all, all, all of your hair off. I saw your pics when you cut it short and then when yous haved, but for some reason I did not connect the two. Anyways it looks great!!! I love the shaved look.

As far as the hair goes...If it was damaged and causing scalp issues (this happened to my SO) cutting the damaged & relaxed hair can help the issue. If the hair is not removed and the damage just keeps moving up the hair shaft into the scalp then you will have problems. If you cut it all off and start over with only new healthy hair then this will eliminate the problem.

Maybe you are allergic to the relaxer....
