If I work out and sweat is it okay to shampoo my hair each time? Or would it be better to just do a conditioner only wash?

I'd say go with conditione and only shampoo every once in awhile. If I've learned one thing, it's that shampoo is not necesary to get your hair sufficiently clean. If you must use some on your scalp, protect your hair with lots of conditioner before using.
Just my 2 cents.

hey girl, i work out a lot too. in the summer time i HAD to wash rinse my hair all the time cause i was sweating like a pig. so sometimes i felt so dirty after working out i just washed it every day. but then there were days when i just did a cw. it depended. but now, since it's gotten colder and i don't sweat like crazy anymore when working out i wash my hair 2-3 times a week. i don't do cw anymore. i was never a big fan of those but it does work though.

I am unable to do CW so I use Cream of Nature and only shampoo once if it is not a regular shampoo day. On a regular shampoo day, I shampoo twice.

I vote for conditioner only washes, making sure you are thoroughly massing the scalp. Constant shampooing seems like it would eventually be too drying for the hair.

I do the C-W-C. Nay, wasn't it you that suggested this? I put some diluted in a spout bottle and shampoo the scalp only. I put conditioner on the rest of the hair to protect it from the shampoo. Rinse and apply more conditioner.
