Maybe someone has asked it before, but can anyone pls tell me the best shampoo to use for damage and thin hair.
THANKS..

Hmmm...

Maybe Botanoil by Nexxus or Dudley's Deluxe Shampoo. Also, L'Anza Protein plus has substantial "repair" ingredients in it.

I'm sure there are many more suggestions that will be forthcoming...

Elasta QP Conditioning Shampoo is a good gentle and cheap shampoo for damaged hair. I'd also suggest to do conditioner washes and maybe only use shampoo once a month so that you don't dry out your already damaged hair.

What caused the damage and is it naturally thin or thin from the damage?

Braiding my hair caused the damage, i live in a contry where there are not much black people and no black hair specialist so i relax my hair at home and my friend helps with the braiding so i was very happy when i found this board.

I use the Nexxus Botanoil shampoo. It's made for relaxed hair. It restores strength to chemically damaged hair.
