I went to the BSS this weekend looking for a new shampoo that would be gentle enought to use often and moisturize my hair. First I was going to purchase the Keracare Hydrating Detangling Shampoo, but the price was making me wince since I am BROKE so I looked in the Elasta QP aisle and saw their Creme Conditioning Shampoo. I looked on the back and read the ingredients: Water, Cocamphocarboxyproplonate, Cocamide MEA, Polyquaternium-10, Glycol Distearate, Citric Acid, DMDM Hydantonin, Fragrance, color!

So, I tried out my new shampoo this weekend and it cleaned my hair without making it dry and the smell is terrific. Also, this really was a Godsend because I am at the beginning of my 7th week for my touch-up and this is usually a rough time with my hair.

So, I recommend Elasta QP Creme Conditioning Shampoo for someone who needs a good shampoo! Oh, I forgot to mention the most important part! It was only $3.99!!!

Isn't it great! I think others on the board have used it. I'm sure that if you do a search you will find other rave reviews.

I'm a fan of that shampoo as well (though I've just started no-'pooing

) and it only costs £1.99 over here! My kinda price

I am HOOKED on the elasta products right now. I loved the mango butter ant then bought the shampoo for relaxed hair. Last night I got the conditioner. All VERY nice.

I use Elasta QP Shampoo for Relaxed Hair from time-to-time. It's also sulfate free, and it works pretty good.

I'd like to try the creme conditioning shampoo. I've used the one for relaxed hair and it was nothing to scream about. Hopefully this one will work better for me.

Have you guys tried the Dr. Bronner castile liquid soaps as shampoos? They are good for many uses (whole body, face, even baby and baby's clothes). They come in many different "flavors" and have a nice smell.

I like the Recovery Oil. (Thanks Adrienne). The absolute best conditioner I have ever used was by Elasta. It was in the old line and I have no idea where to get it or what the name was. It detangled and softened the hair like nobody's business. I have the Intense and something else. As well as the serum that goes with the mango butter.

Jamaraa I've tried the bronner soaps and hated them. No suds and my hair felt so scummy. I did nothing for my skin either. I twitch when i see that product on the shelves.

Ms K the Conditioning shampoo is excellent. I love that one as it doesn't strip my hair but is very moisturising. That and the breakthru are excellent.
