okay, I know, I know. As usual I'm a day late and a dollar short, but I'm really lovin this book. Its so insightful, informative, at times confusing, but I'm loving it. My sister got it for me for Christmas, she lives in Indiana and did not come home for Christmas so she didnt mail it but she came home this past weekend and brought it with her. I'm sooooo excited about this book. To date I have purchased the Nexxus Humectress stuff, the Botinoil(sp) shampoo, and the keriphix. Next I'm switching from no lye to lye. Gosh I'm in love with that bald headed man. Smoochies to you Shamboosie. ah joy.

Britt - he's not big on vitamins beyond making sure you have a balanced diet and maybe a multi. His focus is on product use, relaxers and color in the book.

I thought his book was very informative and opened my eyes to a lot of things that hair stylist dont tell and family and friends dont know. I havent tried all the nexxus products or any of the other products he recommneds but i have used nexxus humectress which really helped my hair a lot when i used it as a leave in.
