I like the comment afterwards where the lady says that her sisters went gray before her because they didn't close their cuticles with cold water. Of course she did so she didn't gray until after 40.

A comment:

As an AA female with thick wavy hair, I have to disagree with the mayo comment. If your hair is thin 10-4. But for colored women Mayo is the truth. Halluja Amen

Yeah, I used a mayo and egg mixture in my hair and my hair loved it.

Mayo has a lot of oils, so I guess it is true that it will make straight hair look oily, but not curly hair.

I used to use lemon juice to help highlight my hair. It was drying, but it worked.

Everybody knows lemon juice works. But the posters of the video are not hair experts anyway, so there's no real need to pay the article any mind.
