I've seen black semi permanent and blue-black permanent. But never a blue black semi. Can someone help me out. This is a color I'd like to try, but I'm not willing to use a permanent.

Jazzing has a blue black color The name of it is bluest Black.

Good luck!

Caramela,

Sebastian has a color called Balck Orchid. Adore has a blue balck as well. So does Jazzing. Pretty much all of the rinses have this kind of color. The Sebastian one is the exact name I know of for sure.

If you want something demipermanent - L'Oreal Casting Color Spa makes one - also called Black Orchid I think. I used to use this all the time. The shine is off the chain.

Watch the undertones and the rinse downs tho. Blue black rinses tend to rinse down with a green cast as they gradually wash out. Hard to get rid of. Buy a true red color in the brand and formula you choose and mix in about 2 teaspoons to neutralize the blue base. This should help.

Good Luck
