I was thinking about selling this elasta qp no base creme - xtra body relaxer, but decided not to because "who" would buy a perm.... anyways, should I sell, give or throw it away?

Maybe you can try selling first but if that doesn't work out just give it away, if it's brand new add a neutralizing poo and conditioner to it and wrap it up or put it in a cute little bag and give it away as a gift. My friends and I give gifts all the time unexpected ones, like if someone comes to visit or vice versa we'll just give a gift, plus women love things like that.
