Any of you have links to videos or photo albums in which people show how to self-trim your hair? I'm going to trim my own hair after my relaxer next week, and even though I roughly know how I'm going to do it (from stalking Lavendar2's fotki) but I just want to refresh my memory before I begin, and Lavendar's fotki is on hiatus right now. TIA :).

Have you tried Feye's self trim album?

Thanks a lot :D. The straight across trim was very helpful, and looked really simple. Her hair is much longer than mine, but I think instead of putting it in one ponytail I'll put it in about 4 to 6 low ponytails (like Lavendar), snip off the tips, and then part my hair in two, pull it to the front, and snip the ends just to even it.

Very helpful. I favorited both pages. I liked this article because I think it's a more thorough trim. You can actually tackle most of your hair and not a lot of sections will be skipped over. Thanks ladies. I will be utilizing methods from both articles. I feel more confident about my trim next week, now .

Just wanted to thank you again, LadyEsquire. The method you showed was great. It gave me a very thorough trim. And thank you as well, Kacie. I used Feye's method as well, but I decided I'm only going to trim "blunt" once every 6 months to a year to make sure my hair stays even.
