If I wanted to relax, a little more than a texturizer but less than a bone straight relaxer:

1. How would I apply it?

2. How long would I apply it for?

3. Those of you that apply your relaxer as a texturizer, how much heat do use to get your hair straight?

thx

I think it depends on what kind of relaxer you use because they all have different strengths/effects on how they will straighten your hair. You might have to do a strand test to determine how long to leave it on for the desired effect that you want.

My hair is texturized and it does take some heat to straighten, not as much as I would need if my hair were natural but all it needs is a quick blowdry and flat iron to get it straight the way I like it.
