I promise this is my last thread-start until...well, until I have another question!

Anywhoo, I notice a lot of you ladies use your own home-made concontions, and I really wanted to know:

1. How did you come to the final formula?
2. How do you know what to add? And what's each ingredients' use?
3. And what's your best discovery yet? If you don't mind listing it...if it's top secret, then it's cool!

Thanks again...I know I'm being a brat with all these questions!

And please, keep the abbreviations to a minimum! I cannot keep up with all them, it ends up looking like alphabet soup to me!
