Seeking Hair Cut Ideas for Medium to Short Natural Hair

When I look at naturals we seem to be focused upon growth and not style. We make our hair look good in styles using sets; we hang onto every inch. This makes it incredibly difficult to find nice hair cuts for natural hair.

Most stylist don't seem to know how to cut a variety of style on natural hair. I know that naturals would cut into a style, if they had choices because, many have gotten the diva cut.

Help me out, please post pictures of cute styles that would look good on Medium length natural hair. By medium length I mean hair that hangs between Jaw and Shoulder length in the natural state.
