A couple of weeks ago I was looking at the ingredients in the sedal conditioners and they all have formaldahyde in them. Isn't that what they put in dead ppl when embalming? Is this safe to use this in hair products?

Where is it in the list of ingredients?

Offhand, I'd guess that the concentration wouldn't be high enough to harm you, especially if you're just using it externally and not everyday.

I read somewhere maybe on another board that someone called them and they said there's only a small amount in the product but not enough to harm you. But don't quote me though. I would call the customer service number if I was you.

Most products we use every day has it it works as a preservative.. its just a small amount another name for it is DMDM Hydantoin ..just look the ingredients on ur dish detergents, liquid soaps, liquid body soaps, lotions and hair products as well most have them
