I've seen them in the professional beauty supply. As a matter of fact I bought one last night. I'm gonna try in on my hair this weekend. I hope I don't end up looking like this .

There's a BSS in Ft.Washington Maryland..(Exit 3 on 495) Right after you cross the Woodrow Wilson Bridge...its huge like the size of a Grocery Store...and they carry it.
