Definitely, I love my seamless combs and I see SOOOOOOO many fewer splits (esp. mid strand splits) now.

Where did you find it? I've been looking for one myself to see if it will make a difference with my split ends problem.

I have a seemless bone comb. I love it. It doesn't snag my hair the way regular combs sometimes does. I bought it from eBay, but there was a woman on YouTube that said you can get it from sally's.

I got my Mason Pearson combs from eBay - they were the smoothest, strongest, waterproofest, I could find. All the Conair ones I saw had seams - small ones, but seams all the same. And bone combs are not waterproof. :nono:

If you can't afford the MP try the Cricket Silkomb line. Sold at Sally's Beauty Supply. Great for styling. Also, it has a gap in the front part of the comb, which is nice when you're parting your hair. I have a few different types, they're all good. No snags, tears, breaks, or split ends!

I like Mason Pearson combs & brushes too.

yes, it helped to stop the mid-strand splits I was getting and helped me to comb my coils without all the popping and snapping of regular combs.

Hi Qualitee,
I noticed the difference almost immediately. There was less hair in my comb! I bought bone and wooden combs, which do not cause a build up of static and glide through my hair. They are expensive but worth the money.

Another vote for MP. They are ridiculously expensive but worth it. Kent combs are a little cheaper. I also have a Madora bone comb. When I bought it 6 or 7 years ago it was $20 + s/h. I'm not sure how much it would be now. Very thick and heavy and great for strong tangly hair. :look:

I have two and I really haven't noticed a difference from the regular kind you buy at the salon. However, since I spent $37 for two combs, I definitely use them.

I have a seamless comb. I actually have 2. A small tooth one for my rollersets, and a wide tooth one to detangle. I bought them online and I paid about $20 for both. And my ends still look good. Compared to when I used my comb with seams.
