Where can I find a good selection of scarves online? I have been looking and looking and can't seem to find anyplace to get them :wallbash:. I am starting a new job in '08 and don't want to wear the same black scarf all the time.
Thanks!

I have ordered form amazon.com with success. You can type in Sheer delights dance wear and they have sashbelts/scarf/hair ties that are really nice.

Most times, I go to claires cause I get great deals from them

I don't like to shop online for things like that b/c I don't get a chance to touch them and really examine them. I've gotten great scarves at Target, Claires, and Ross though..another idea is to go to a fabric store - they usually have scraps and ribbon that they sell super cheap and most are large enough to use as a hair scarf/headband. I like Claires for cheap belly dancing practice scarves too.

HTH!!

Did you check ebay?

I did check ebay but didn't have much luck :nono:.

I will have to try that.

I was looking for the easy way out  but since I need a few badly, I will check those stores out.
Thanks Ladies!

At my local BSS's they have a lot of those headbands that are attached to scarves (a headband with the scarf glued to it and you can tie the ends of the scarf in the back) if you remove the scarf from the actual headband you will find that it's actually a nice piece of silk or satin cloth that you can tie around your head any which way you please. I've done this a couple of times actually and the headbands only cost about a dollar. You just have to look for the ones that are not stitched on.

Target has a nice array of scarves, I've seen some at Filene's basement, local bss', even Duane Reade has a "gift set" it comes with 3 or 4 silk/satin scarves that you can put onto the headband. HTH
