Scalp Rinse Help!

Can anyone give me an idea of what ingredients, I can use to cleanse my scalp while in braids? Thanks in advance.

Me, personally I dilute shampoo in a bottle with some water and pour it over my head and lightly massage it in. Then rinse it out. Also, you could do an acv rinse. I haven't done this yet but I'll proabbly try it this weekend.

I use diluted shampoo and never had a problem (www.growafrohairlong.com). If you want to scrub mix some dark brown sugar with your favorite shampoo or conditioner and get to scrubbin!

You could use SeaBreeze on your scalp, or just wash it using your regular shampoo.
