in short terms: its wen u cover your wrap in saran wrap: for most ppl: it leaves the hair shiney and silky: macherieamour has a video on how to do it.

ETA: its a healthier way to straighten your hair: instead of flatironing: u can rollerset (to smooth and flatten hair) then wrap and cover with saran wrap (to straighten and flatten hair): the rollersets of course curls ur hair but it soft, bouncy, and tangle free: and doin the saran straightens out the curls so ur hair is still soft, bouncy, and tangle free.
