Is this a good conditioner? I have seen it a few times in the posts regarding dominican salons. I won't be buying anytime soon, but am on the look out for a good moisturizing conditioner. Any comments about it? Also, is this something that can be purchased on line or strictly in Dominican salons?

I got mine from metrobeauty.com 6.9 oz. for $7.99.
I wasn't impressed the first time I used the Salerm 21 con Proteinas de Seda, but I like it now. It makes my hair very soft and manageable. I added a tsp of Proclaim Natural 7 Oil to it the last time.

The ingredients are water, propylne glycol, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, centrimonium chloride, silk, panthenol, fragrance, amodimethicone, sodium methylparaben, citric acid, tricedeth-12, disodium EDTA, atrificial color.

Okay so now I"m confused. Sassygirl I have salerm 21 too, do you use it as a regular rinse out conditioner? It didn't sound from your post that you use it as a leave-in (adding oil to it) which is what I was told it is.

True? (no directions in the bottle that says how to use it). I really don't want to use it incorrectly /images/graemlins/confused.gif

Yeah! I almost went blind trying to read the tiny letters! At first I thought it was shampoo because the bottle said something about 'deep cleans the hair'... Since they make a leave in and the website had it on the same page as the regular conditioners and the ingredients are similar to some of my other rinse out conditioners, I use it as a rinse out conditioner. It feels a little too sticky and heavy to be a leave in...
