Hi
I bought these products yesterday. How are you using them? Does Miss Key work better with a plastic cap and a little heat from a hood dryer/heating cap?

I use Salerm 21 for airdrying, blowdrying and roller setting. The one time I used Miss Keys, my hair didn't seem too fond of it, so I'm not sure about the best way to use it.

Thanks. I am not sure why these products do not have instructions on them.

I used Salerm 21 as a leave-in conditioner. So, after I shampoo and condition my hair, I slap on some Salerm 21. I mainly air dry my hair. However, I have used it for roller setting my hair. Works great either way.

I've used Miss Key 10 en 1 (long time ago). I like it with a plastic cap under a hooded dryer. Works good as a deep conditioning, but it didn't give my hair much slip at times.

No problem. I thought that was weird as well. At www.ibeautyny.com, they post directions for some of the products. If not for this board, I probably wouldn't know how to use some of that stuff.

I use Salerm 21 as a leave in. I use it for air drying and rollersetting. i have found that less is more with this product. I divide my hair into 2 halves (left and right) and apply a quarter sized amount to each damp half, concentrating on the ends.

I've never tried it with blow drying but I can't imagine the results to be that much different than air drying and rollersetting.

HTH

Thanks ladies. I've been reading about these products for months and thought that I should give them a try.

Salerm 21 I use as cw, pre poo, leave in, braidouts and rollersets.
Miss keys I use as a deep conditioner. This used to be my favorite dc in the world but it just doesnt produce enough slip. Now that my hair is bra strap I need the slip more so than when my hair was shorter. My hair seems to tangle more easily.
I do put a plastic cap on and sit underneath a dryer. Lately if I use it, I will follow with a moisturizing conditioner like Silicon mix.

What she said! I love Salerm 21.

Me and Miss Keys, on the other hand, didn't like each other. So I used the rest of her as prepoos and now I'll never see her again!
